Lynda has been lucky to be around Triathlon for 20 years and had experience and learnings from some of best coaches She started as an Event Director of Triathlons. Then inspired by that finish line excitement. Coming from a sporting background, Lynda completed one of her first triathlons in Phuket Asia with a podium finish and qualified for Ironman Australia.
She has competed at all distances Sprint, Olympic, 70.3 and Ironman. Represented Australia at ITU World Age Group Championships in 2005 in Hawaii.
Had a break from Triathlon to follow a career in Performance and People Management and continues to work in this space.
Moved from Australia to USA in 2013 and found the passion again for Triathlon, doing that bucket list race Malibu in 2015 and 2016 with a podium finish that lead to US Nationals and qualification for the USA Team for ITU World Age Group Championships Sprint and Olympic that will be held in Australia September 2018. Lynda also competed at 2017 70.3 World Championships with many ATC members that was a highlight.
Lynda has been coaching sport for 30 years and looks to inspire others by working with people’s strengths both physically and mentally “You never know if you don’t give it a Go” and “Be the best I can be on that day”. She is looking forward to giving back to our wonderful sport of Triathlon.
